L'obiettivo principale è fornire allo studente le nozioni fondamentali della moderna Chirurgia VascolareLo studente dovrà apprendere le basi fisiologiche e fisiopatologiche, la eziopatogenesi, e migliorare le sue conoscenze sui principali quadri clinici e le metodiche diagnostiche delle patologie dell’apparato vascolare descritte.Inoltre dovrà acquisire le conoscenze per una valutazione multi parametrica del paziente con malattie vascolari. Apprendere l'appropriatezza nel formulare l’iter diagnostico e la stratificazione prognostica delle malattie di interesse della chirurgia vascolare. Conoscere le procedure chirurgiche delle patologie vascolari e le indicazioni chirurgiche di esse, esponendo tutto con terminologia appropriata.

Prerequisiti per sostenere l'esame di Malattie dell'Apparato Cardiovascolare: - Conoscenza approfondita dell'anatomia del Cuore e del Sistema Vascolare - Conoscenza approfondita della fisiologia del Sistema Cardiovascolare - Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di patologia generale alla base delle Malattie Cardiovascolari - Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di anatomia patologica alla base delle Malattie Cardiovascolari.

Il corso si svolgerà mediante lezioni frontali interattive ed esercitazioni, secondo quanto stabilito dal Consiglio del CdL

La verifica dell'apprendimento avverrà con una prova d'esame che verrà svolta in forma di colloquio orale e prevede una valutazione in trentesimi; l'esame è superato se la valutazione è uguale o superiore a 18/30. Il voto conseguito in questa materia fa media con i voti delle altre materie nell’ambito dello stesso Corso Integrato.

Vascular Surgery Lectures

The main objective is to provide the student with the fundamental concepts of modern Vascular Surgery.

The student will be required to learn the physiological and pathophysiological foundations, as well as the etiopathogenesis, and to improve their knowledge of the main clinical presentations and diagnostic methods of the described vascular diseases.

Furthermore, the student will need to acquire the knowledge necessary for a multiparametric evaluation of patients with vascular diseases. They should learn the appropriateness in formulating the diagnostic pathway and the prognostic stratification of diseases of interest in vascular surgery.

Finally, the student should become familiar with the surgical procedures for vascular diseases and their surgical indications, presenting all topics using appropriate terminology.

Prerequisites for taking the Cardiovascular Diseases exam:

In-depth knowledge of the anatomy of the heart and vascular system
In-depth knowledge of the physiology of the cardiovascular system
In-depth knowledge of the principles of general pathology underlying cardiovascular diseases
In-depth knowledge of the principles of pathological anatomy underlying cardiovascular diseases

The course will be conducted through interactive lectures and practical exercises, in accordance with the provisions established by the Degree Program Council.

Assessment of learning will take place through an exam conducted as an oral interview, with grading expressed out of thirty; the exam is passed with a score of 18/30 or higher.

The grade obtained in this subject contributes to the average of the grades of the other subjects within the same Integrated Course.
